Applying to Sell Items on electricalstock.com
There are simple step to follow before you can sell on electricalstock.com.
We currently only allow genuine trade sellers to list on electricalstock.com at the moment.
To become a seller, you must:
- Contact us and ask to be considered as a seller. Email our Support Team and we'll get you validated as a seller.
- Be able to use our Listing Software. Our software is currently Windows only and requires a PC with an Internet connection.
Once you have emailed us, we'll get right back in touch with further details on becoming an electricalstock.com seller.
Guidelines for Sellers
electricalstock.com wants to create an enjoyable trading environment for all our members.
All sellers on sign up agree to adhere to our Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Defrauded?
electricalstock.com recommends that sellers should wait until paypal payments have been received before dispatching any items.
If you have despatched the items before receiving payment and are experiencing difficulties with your buyer electricalstock.com recommends the following:
- Contact your buyer.
- Telephone or email your postal carrier for proof of delivery.
- Please check delivery address.
electricalstock.com WILL NOT negotiate or collect payment with buyers.
electricalstock.com WILL take appropriate action in accordance with our Terms of Use.

It is the sellers responsibility report fraudulent activity. In the event of any buyer participating in fraudulent activity, contact the local police force. DO NOT offer or accept to make or receive any payment outside of electricalstock.com's authorised payment methods.
Permitted Items
It is the responsibility of the seller to list items on electricalstock.com that are appropriate to the available categories.
electricalstock.comreserve the right to remove any item that may be considered outside these guidelines. The permitted categories are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
Listing An Auction
Before listing an item on electricalstock.com, we ask you read the guidelines carefully as we want to provide a fair and safe trading experience.
Breaching these guidelines may result in electricalstock.com taking action, this could include suspension or loss of account privileges.
Should breach in our guidelines occur, electricalstock.com shall email the seller as well as the bidder that a listing has had to end.
The sellers must not:
- Offer or accept to make or receive any payment outside of electricalstock.com's authorised payment methods.
- Offer giveaways promotions, lotteries, bonuses or prizes.
- Create an auction that does not offer an electrical item for sale.
- Advertise wanted items.
- Participate in Shill biding.
- Include third party endorsements of electricalstock.com members.
- Include third part credits beyond what is acceptable.
- Use profanity, racist or derogatory terms.
Listings must not misrepresent and must comply with the Trade Descriptions Act 1968.
