Returns

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

Should you need to return a product in ALL instance please contact our Customer Care Team on 0845 8389984. To allow us to deal with your enquiry please ensure you have the delivery note or invoice to hand, as we will require the following information.

  • 1. Order Number
  • 2. Product Code of item to be returned
  • 3. Reason for return

Our customer service team will assist you to find the simplest way to arrange collection. Please be aware that collections are chargeable initially. Any product classified as a faulty will receive a full refund or exchange within 24hrs once received in to Electrical stock.

Collect+

Collect+ is a convenient and secure service that allows you to return parcels at thousands of stores in the community across the UK affiliated with Pay Point – the UK’s leading cash and internet Payments Company. Parcels are transported from the Collect+ network via our courier All parcels measuring up to 50x30x30cm and weighing up to 10kg can be collected via the service.

The number of shops included in the scheme is growing rapidly and these outlets are open for collection ‘eight ‘till late’, seven days per week.

How does it work?

  1. 1. Search for your nearest outlet by visiting the Collect+ website and entering your postcode.
  2. 2. Insert your details and payment along with the selected collection point.
  3. 3. Take your items for return to the selected drop off point. (Packages are held securely by the store until our courier is ready to collect.)
  4. 4. Items returned will then be processed by Electricalstock once received.
  5. 5. A Customer Care Representative will contact you by telephone to discuss your requirements.
  6. 6. If requested a full refund or exchange will be organised within 24hrs.


Home/Site Collection

For your convenience our courier can collect from a designated collection address for items that are over 50x30x30cm and weighing over 10kg. Items collected through this process will require someone to be at the address for collection.

  • • We will register your details for collection and process payment
  • • Issue with an approximate time window for collection

Terms of Return

  • • All items must be securely packaged prior to the collection by our courier
  • • Products for return must be in their original outer with all instructions and accessories.
  • • Please enclose your original packing note highlighting product and reason for return.
  • • Within 24hrs of your products being received by Electricalstock one of our customer service team will arrange a replacement or refund.

NB: All customers have the explicit right to cancel their order within 7 days, or seven days from receipt of goods.

(Depending on the reason for the return, we reserve the right to charge a fee for this service.)

Our ultimate aim is to get your products to you first time and on time, and if you have cause for return we will deal with this in an efficient and professional manner.
